The second running of the Beck's Hybrids Morse Mini Marathon & Advocare 5K, presented by My Sport Mouse, takes place on Saturday, September 4, 2010.
Online registrations is now closed…but we will be accepting walk-up registrations Friday evening from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm and race morning form 6:00 – 7:00 am.
Scenic views of Morse Reservoir and expansive green pastures and fields are the setting for the running of the Beck's Hybrids Morse Mini Marathon. You will be inspired by the rural surroundings of small town America and invigorated by the fresh air as you run through the Hoosier Heartland.

The Beck's Hybrids Morse Mini Marathon and Advocare 5K run/walk are fundraising events and once again all the proceeds from the 2010 Beck's Hybrids Morse Mini will help provide funding for the Hamilton Heights athletic programs which offering more than 400 student-athletes opportunities to excel and grow as individuals.
The Inaugural running of the Beck's Hybrids Morse Mini was extremely successful and the 2010 version promises to be even better, including RFID Timing tag bibs, dry-tech t-shirts, separate starting lines for the half marathon and Advocare 5K races, split time clock out on course, scrolling display screen at the finish showing all the participants and their times, participation medals and more. The towns of Arcadia and Cicero are once again looking forward to welcoming you to what has become one of Indiana’s “must do” running events.
"Whether you are an elite athlete preparing for a major fall marathon, or a first-time mini-marathon competitor, the Beck's Hybrids Morse Mini is the perfect place to race. Not only was the course extremely well marked, flat, and scenic, but the enthusiasm of the spectators and the water crews was exceptional. The race organizers, local law enforcement, and volunteers were all extremely helpful, friendly, and were quick to make sure that the runners had everything they needed, including some savory chocolate chip cookies and other refreshments at the finish line. I will definitely be back next year!"
